Mermaid Ranch Rentals is a dreamy 23-acre countryside property I transformed into a boutique short-stay and micro-event venue. From initial concept to day-to-day operations, I led every phase of this venture as both creative director and owner/operator, blending rustic charm with elevated guest experiences.

Responsibilities included (not limited to):
• Full branding and visual identity; from naming to logo, color palette, tone, and web presence
• Project Management, Styling, DP, and Creative Direction for all visual content, including social media, website, listings, marketing events and printed materials
• Short-term rental staging, guest experience design, and amenity curation for families, couples, and creatives
• Event production and coordination for intimate elopements, photo shoots, and seasonal gatherings
• Strategic hiring and onboarding of venue and assistant managers to support daily operations
• Budgeting, property management, and calendar optimization to balance personal use and rental income
• Development of add-on services including styled floral packages, creative vendor partnerships, and elopement planning
